While both readers are fully functional with default configurations, this course enables you to tailor their behavior to better match each customer’s specific access control needs.

• Log into the CG Installer Control App and access the Reader Configuration tools.

• Identify the correct reader in the field using its MAC address.

• Customize settings for each available access method—QR Code, Bluetooth, Card Read, and PIN—based on the customer’s operational needs.

• Push those settings to the reader, apply updates, and complete the setup process smoothly.
